The clinic will be closed from December 30th, 2024 to January 3rd, 2025 for the holiday season.
Doctor's availability:
Dr. Albert Low will be available remotely for repeat prescriptions and online/video consultations from December 23rd, 2024 to January 3rd, 2025.
For any non-urgent queries, Dr. Low will also be checking our info@wimc.co.nz email and our Health365 online portal between December 30th, 2024 and January 3rd, 2025, except on public holidays.
We encourage you to plan ahead for any required consultations or prescriptions during this period. If you have any urgent concerns, please contact us in advance so we can assist you appropriately.

COVID-19 Information
Introduction
Centrally located in West Auckland, inside West City Waitakere Mall with easy access to undercover car parking.
We are open till 7.30pm on Thursday, though these appointments are only available to either the nurse or a surgical doctor.
The doctors are available Monday to Friday from 9 - 5 pm for appointments.
Nurse available Thursday’s from 9 - 7 pm for appointments, as well as Monday to Friday from 9 – 6 pm.
